This website is operated by Elakkia.com. By using the Elakkiaonline.com website you are bound by these terms and conditions. All use and purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given use or purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order.

We may update our terms and conditions at any time. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed you will be notified by email which you have provided on registration. If you do not accept any changes in the terms and conditions you should not continue to use Elakkiaonline.com. If you wish to continue and order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes.
Products are subject to availability
End-User : Customer
To register with Elakkiaonline.com you must be 18 years of age or older.
You must ensure that the details you provide upon registration are correct and complete.
If any changes are to be made to your current details you must inform us immediately.

Businesses & Sole Traders
If you are a business or a sole trader you must register with us under our business registration which is free of charge but you must be an already registered business or sole trader.
Wholesale prices will occur for businesses only but there is a minimum order for each product. Products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantities of goods supplied to any one customer or business if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardizes availability for other customers.
Password & Customer Account Protection
The password we ask you to create must be kept confidential and should not be disclosed with anyone.
You will be responsible for any orders placed and submitted under your password-protected account.
Delivery days and times will be specified on the delivery booking page and will be made to the address provided by you when you register on our website.
If the delivery address is different from your registered address you can change the address when booking for delivery.
We reserve the right to restrict deliveries to certain areas and eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule itself.
If your area is not on our schedule then we will arrange a courier service – Charges will apply according to weight and area.
We take special care to endeavor that the deliveries will be made between short time slots and accordingly.
It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address on scheduled delivery day and time slot.
If no one is at the address on time of delivery then a delivery note will be left at your address and the goods will be retained by us. We will contact you as soon as possible to re-arrange the delivery.
Should you fail to be at the address we are entitled to charge you for the delivery.
Please note that adverse weather conditions or any other events outside our control may result in late deliveries or even cancelled delivery. In that case, we will contact you and re-arrange the delivery. The cost of goods and delivery charge if included will not change.
Deliveries are limited to one per day.
Method of Payment
Payment can be made by Debit, Credit cards and business card accounts.
There will be no credit issued on our online service, so once payment is received then only can we release your goods for delivery.
We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods on delivery and notify the driver or us promptly in writing , by phoning our customer service (details below).
If there is any dissatisfaction with your order we will promptly and fully refund the price of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction or arrange for the delivery of replacement goods, provided that you notify us within 3 days of delivery of the goods. We will arrange with you for the goods to be returned to us.
We will not accept any further claims for loss from or in connection with the supply of faulty goods, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, howsoever arising.
AMENDMENT OF ORDERS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The confirmation e-mail you receive from us confirming your order will set out the last time that, you may amend your order prior to delivery.
You have 3 days to amend or cancel your order before the requested delivery day. If delivery has already been despatched you may be charged for the full delivery charge.
Products are subject to availability
The refund could take up to two weeks on cancelled orders.
Amended orders may be despatched at a later date of delivery requested. If you do need the delivery on the same day first requested a surcharge might be added to your bill.
SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
From time to time, and in our complete discretion, purchases of goods may be subject to special offers. In the event that such a special offer applies to your purchase, the terms of such special offer shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between the terms of a special offer and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless specifically excluded.
We may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice.
We will honour at the offer price any order placed by you before an offer ends, or is amended or withdrawn.
We reserve the right to offer in our complete discretion different customers different special offers, promotions.
